Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

The following outlines are return policy which is different based on the product you have purchased.

Perishable Items (frozen Cookie dough)

Given the nature of the perishable products, refunds are only accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Delivery occurred outside of the offered timeframe
  • Shipping box, where applicable was clearly opened

To complete your return, we require an order number as well as photo documentation of any damage to the packaging.

Perishable items that are delivered by courier are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Perishable Items (Merch)

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund please contact your bank or credit card company.
